Our current statistics (based on Q4 2006 and Q1 2007) have followed the same trend as in the past 2 years, with the majority of our visitors coming from the UK. While the vast remainder of visitors are from other European countries, they are mostly Anglophones.

Their Spending Budgets

The budgets displayed in this chart are based on figures from our mortgage application system. Only those mortgage applicants who declared that they had not yet selected a property were added into these statistics. About 50% of our property searchers are actively using our mortgage simulator, so this chart gives a fair representation of our current targetted audience, but excludes all individuals who would do not require financing to purchase a property.

Our Total Audience from 2006 to June 2007

We have seen a steady growth over 2006, and we are expecting our audience to continue to grow through 2007. More figures for 2007 will be updated into the chart at the end of the year.
