How much will it cost me?

Our service costs €100 (+TVA) per year, with a one month free trial at the beginning of your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time (during the free trial month or after, during billing months).

Can I try it first

Yes, you get a one month free trial period when you sign up. You are required to provide billing information for the monthly payment of €100 (+TVA), but you cancel your account before the trial ends and pay nothing.

Unlimited properties

You may upload an unlimited number of properties, and an unlimited number of images for each property, though we recommend no more than 10 images for each property so as no to clutter your property pages.

What else do I get?

Finance in France's property management system has over 60 different criteria that you can enter on any property. Furthermore, we take your information and add value to it, calculating details such as the distances to the sea, airport, and the nearest international or public schools to your properties. Our visitors are able to search based on these and other criteria (take our property search engine for a test!) Your property listings are also fully integrated with Google Maps, so visitors can see the general areas (but not close-up!) of your properties' locations. How can I track the performance of my listings?

When you subscribe to our service, you receive a login granting you access to our property upload system, as well as reports on the performance of your properties. Reports are generated in real time, and with your login you will also see additional information in the property search results for any properties listed on your account.

How do I pay? Is it safe?

We take the safety and security of your online payments very seriously. To ensure this, Finance In France uses the services of PayPal.com. With over 100 million registered users, PayPal is the biggest and safest online billing provider today. Finance In France does not have access to any of your billing information, and you can even cancel a payment directly through PayPal if you wish.

Is it easy to cancel my subscription? I don't want a lot of fuss

Yes. You can cancel your subscription by logging in to your account on FinanceInFrance.com, or by cancelling your billing via PayPal. No faxes or letters are required. You don't need to talk to anyone. It should not take you more than 2 minutes to cancel your subscription with us!
