If you live in France and are paying French taxes on your earnings, then you should set French Resident to yes.If you enter the value of the property you wish to purchase, then I will include this in my calculations and give you some more accurate suggestions.Please specify how much you wish to borrow - this will enable me to find the best mortgage for you.I found it difficult to calculate mortgages for you because of the following reasons:You need to enter some details on your income and payments, or I will not be able to determine what you can afford for any mortgage product.You need to enter your year of birth or I will not be able to determine the term of your mortgage.Some mortgages were only available to French residents. If you do not have French resident status then you can ignore this.
